The Western Marine Command of the Nigeria Customs Service, Ibafon, Lagos gets a new Area Controller, Comptroller Paul Bamisaiye 

Comptroller Adah Salefu has on Tuesday, 16th April, 2024 handed over the leadership of Western Marine command to the new controller, Comptroller Paul Bamisaiye. This followed a recent reorganization of leadership in some Area Commands by the Management of Nigeria Customs Service. In a brief handing over ceremony at the Command’s headquarters Ibafon Apapa, Comptroller Salefu appreciated officers and men of the Command for the cooperation shown to him during his tenure and tasked them to give the new Controller the same cooperation and even more.

He further stated that change in leadership and life is constant and inevitable, as his tenure comes to an end in Western Marine Command, he prayed that God Almighty continues to guide the new leadership. Comptroller Bamisaiye who has worked in various Customs formations brings a rich operational expertise to his new position.

Before his promotion to the rank of Comptroller and his present appointment, he served as Scanner Manager at PTML Area Command, and was also a Provost marshal Customs Police Unit at NCS headquarters Abuja. while taking over the reins of Western Marine Command The New CAC thanked the outgoing CAC for the skillful way he led at the Command and wished him the best as he moves on to his new assignment, he concluded by thanking the Comptroller General and his management team for the faith reposed on him and promised to execute his responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
