A pastor who combines raping of girls and operates a baby factory in Abia State meets his waterloo as the police arrest him to answer for his crimes against humanity

The Abia State police command has arrested and paraded a pastor who operates a church and medical centre which he converted into a baby factory at No. 252 Faulks Road Aba, Abia State.
Speaking in Umuahia while parading the pastor who gave his name as Christopher Tochukwu and other suspected criminals, the Commissioner of Police (CP) Leye Oyebade, said that the pastor has been raping young girls to produce babies for sale at his medical centre.
Oyedabe said when one of the girls was interrogated, she claimed that the pastor has been raping them and in one of his attempts to rape one of the girls, he was stabbed in the neck by the victim with a glass object she laid her hands on.
He said one of the girls who gave her name as Imeobong Udoh under interrogation alleged that her two months old baby she delivered was forcefully taken away from her by the wife of the pastor and sold to an unknown person.
The Abia CP said that his men who went for the operation were able to rescue a two weeks old baby girl who was has been taken to a motherless baby’s home for care and custody.
In an interaction with Blessing Ariet, she said that the pastor tried to rape her and when she refused that he started beating her with belt leaving several marks on her body. She said that there was a time he attempted to sleep with her forcefully but had to stop, when his wife came suddenly into the room where he pretended that he was examining her stomach.
The other who girl gave her name as Chukwu Jane said that the wife of the pastor who is now at large is aware of her husband’s raping of the girls in the medical centre. According to her, the wife said that when he sleeps with the girls the babies in their womb are being fed naturally.
In a related development, the operatives of the Delta Police Command have arrested two suspected women over an alleged organ harvesting and human trafficking of a 19 years old girl from Ekpan community in Uvwie Local Government Area of the state.
Briefing journalists at the first quarter media in Asaba Delta Police Headquarters, the police commissioner, CP Yemi Oyeniyi said the arrest of the alleged suspects was due to a series of reports received by a woman whose name is being withheld.
According to the commissioner “on April 3, 2026 at about 17:30 hours a report was received that her 19-year old daughter (name with-held) who stays with her father at Okpapa visited her in Ekpan”.
The CP continued that “the woman noticed that the girl was looking sick, which made her ask questions. The 19 year-old girl stated that in September 2025, she and two of her friends met one Blessing Mongo “F” 47 who introduced them to one Esther “F” 32, who also introduced them to another lady, named Onome “F” 36 for the purpose of trafficking to Ivory Coast for prostitution.
Adding that the victim stated that days after her arrival in Ivory Coast, she was injected with an unknown substance and was rushed to the hospital, by the time she woke up, she noticed her tommy was bandaged.
She said that “the suspect brought her back to Nigeria and abandoned her in Lagos where she found her way back to Delta State”
The CP noted, “Upon receipt of this complaint, the command arrested two suspects, namely Blessing Mongo “F”, 47 and Esther meeting “F”, 32”. After preliminary investigation, the case was immediately transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department for further investigations.
CP Yemi said, “During the course of investigation, a medical examination was carried out and it was discovered that the trafficker removed her womb without her consent before returning her back to Nigeria and the two key suspects are presently in custody.
Similarly, in Rivers State, a woman was stripped naked by angry residents in Ebubu, Eleme Local Government Area of Rivers State, after she was accused of stealing a baby from her neighbour’s home.
According to reports, this occurred after a missing infant reportedly between three and five months old sparked panic in the community. The baby was said to belong to a neighbour of the accused woman.
Sources claim the family, in desperation consulted a traditional spiritualist who allegedly mentioned the suspects name as being responsible for the disappearance of the child. Following the accusation, residents reportedly confronted the woman.
She was initially said to have denied any involvement, but tension escalated as members of the community allegedly compelled her to take traditional oaths to prove her innocence. Under pressure, she reportedly confessed to the involvement in the disappearance of the child.
In her alleged confession, she claimed the baby was sold for about ₦1.4 million to a medical facility in Port Harcourt. It was gathered that no such transaction was traced, and she allegedly later changed her statement.
Further investigations reportedly led to the recovery of the baby at a residence in Old GRA Port Harcourt, where the child was found alive and in good condition. Tentacle gathered that the infant was in the custody of another woman who allegedly claimed she was searching for a male child.
Police authorities were subsequently alerted and both the alleged buyer and the accused woman were arrested and taken into custody for further investigation.
The Rivers State Police Command is expected to provide an official statement as investigations continue to determine the true circumstances surrounding the alleged abduction and trafficking.
Meanwhile, authorities have cautioned residents against taking the law into their own hands, especially through mob actions, stressing that all suspects remain innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
